How the course is conducted

We recommend that you use Google Chrome as a browser when completing the course.

You have now entered our online First Aid for Adults course. If you are taking the compressed practical part, you must complete this part online before you can take the practical part. You have access to the online course for 6 months from the start of the course and the practical part must be completed within 6 months from the end of the online course.

If you are also going to participate in the practical part, you must bring the confirmation of the completed online circuit to the practical part. Bring a printout or have it available so you can show it on your mobile. Without the confirmation, you may not participate in the practical part.

When you start a video, you need to watch the entire video before you can access the Quiz. You also cannot proceed until you have seen the entire video. The quiz must also be answered before you can move on to the next part . If you have answered the question incorrectly, you will know what the correct answer is in the end. Note this before proceeding. Should you still be unsure after the Quiz, you can go back and watch the video again, as many times as you want.

When you have finished the whole course, seen all the chapters and answered the quizzes, you go back to this part. Then your confirmation of completed online course will appear.

After completing the theory and practical part, you will receive your personal course certificate. This is normally valid for 2 years but some industries and workplaces may have other provisions on validity.

Our course

Our first aid courses are aimed at lay people, not professionals. Therefore, you will find that we try to simplify as much as possible so that it will be easier for you to remember what to do. In addition, we recommend that you regularly update your skills. At least every two years is our recommendation.

Welcome to your course.
